From Funding to Success: Our Journey At "Inquire Science," we are proud to share our journey from humble beginnings to becoming a successful provider of free STEM science programs for primary schools in the Latrobe Valley. It all started with a generous company that believed in our mission to inspire and engage young minds in the world of science. When we first received funding for our program, we knew we had a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the education and development of primary school students. Our main goal was to provide impactful and hands-on learning experiences that would ignite curiosity and foster a love for science. One of the key aspects that sets our STEM programs apart is that they are completely free for schools. We understand that not all schools have the resources to provide their students with hands-on science experiences, so we wanted to bridge that gap and ensure that every child has the opportunity to explore the wonders of science. In addition to being free, our programs also include bussing for schools. We wanted to remove any barriers that may prevent schools from participating, so we take care of transportation to and from our facility in Yinnar. This ensures that all students, regardless of their location, can benefit from our programs. Another unique aspect of our programs is the equipment we provide. We understand that not all primary schools have access to specialized scientific equipment, so we bring it to them. From beakers and test tubes to microscopes and other scientific tools, we provide everything necessary for students to conduct experiments and explore scientific concepts. Since the launch of our programs, we have seen incredible success and positive feedback from both students and teachers.
